About Inboxsmith
Inboxsmith is the AI receptionist built for home-services contractors: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Pest Control, and Garage-Door pros. It answers every call your crew can't get to, books the job, and pings your dispatcher, 24/7, for a flat monthly plan.
Who's Behind It
Inboxsmith was built by its founder, Justin. He has spent years where technology meets customer communication, which is exactly the problem Inboxsmith solves.
On the technical side, he holds a lifetime college certificate in Information Systems Security, completed in 2013, and earned his CompTIA Network+ certification in 2012. Today he builds on Anthropic's Claude platform. He's completed Anthropic's Claude 101 course (verifiable) and is working toward the Claude Certified Architect credential.
He builds real, working AI software. Using Claude Code, he built a custom, fully automated lead-generation tool for a client that runs the whole pipeline end to end: it finds and logs leads, verifies each one, scrubs them against multiple Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists, imports them into Zoho CRM, exports them to the Kixie dialer, and stages them ready for the calling team to start dialing, all without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
He also built and shipped MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline, a medical alert app published on the Google Play Store. He built it with AI and still took it all the way through Google Play's strict review and approval process, which is a serious bar for any app to clear and a real signal that what he ships holds up to outside scrutiny.
That's backed by a client-tested track record. Working independently since 2018, he's earned Top Rated Plus, Upwork's highest freelancer tier, with a 100% job success score across 86 jobs and more than 4,700 hours, including one client relationship that's run for over two years.
He builds Inboxsmith the same way he's built everything else: tuned by someone who understands both how the AI actually works and what a shop owner needs when the phone rings mid-job.
