Inboxsmith After Hours is $47 a month with 250 included minutes. It answers in your company name, takes messages for up to 2 call types built for you, transfers a true emergency live to your on-call tech, screens telemarketers into a logged do-not-call request, runs your website widget, and emails a recap after every call.
What happens if I need booking later?+
You upgrade to Full-Time, no rebuild and no new number. After Hours takes the message and emails you the details; booking is a Full-Time and Pro feature, where Inboxsmith books straight into Calendly and Cal.com and reaches Google Calendar through their sync. Move up the month you want every after-hours call booked.
How many minutes do I get, and what if I go over?+
After Hours includes 250 minutes a month. Only talk time on answered calls counts, so a screened telemarketer never eats your minutes. Go past 250 and Inboxsmith bills a published $0.20 per minute, to the whole minute, never a per-call fee. A busy freeze week gets answered without a surprise on the invoice.
Do I keep my own number on After Hours?+
Yes. You keep your existing business number and set conditional forwarding so Inboxsmith only picks up after you close: no-answer, busy or unreachable. Nothing ports and nothing on your trucks or listings changes. The carrier dial codes are on the start page, and setup takes about five minutes.
