Who we are

Inboxsmith is an inbound AI receptionist service for home-services businesses, operated by Inboxsmith, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect your business name, your name, your business email, and your phone number.
  • Verification data. To keep spam and fraud out of our pipeline, form submissions are screened using a Cloudflare Turnstile check, an email-domain check, a phone line-type lookup, and your IP address.
  • Consent evidence. If you check the consent box on our form, we keep a record of the exact consent text you saw, its version, the page you were on, and — when you arrive from an ad — the ad-click identifier (gclid). This is how we prove you opted in.
  • Customer and billing records. If you become a customer, we keep your subscription details and billing records. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
  • Usage data and cookies. Standard analytics and advertising data described in the cookies section below.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and run your pilot;
  • provide, operate, and improve the service;
  • send marketing and account-related calls and texts — only if you gave consent by checking the consent box. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Text messaging and mobile consent

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers that operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider) solely to deliver messages you have requested. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our site uses:

  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us when an ad click leads to a pilot request;
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the site;
  • Remarketing tags — may show you our ads on other sites after you visit.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the GA opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also load a cookieless performance-measurement script; it doesn't identify or track individual visitors. We don't run tags we haven't disclosed here.

Your California privacy rights

If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect (the categories above: identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity), the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing."

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out. You can also opt out or make any privacy request at your privacy choices. We never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Who we share with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the service — voice and SMS delivery, phone verification, and website hosting — and only for that purpose. To repeat the commitment above: your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Security, retention and other details

  • Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
  • Retention and deletion. We keep lead and account records only as long as they're relevant to providing the service or meeting legal obligations. Email [email protected] to request deletion.
  • Children. Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
  • Changes. If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
