Salesforce Gets IL5 Authorization For Agentforce 360
Salesforce announced on August 5, 2026 that the Department of War can now use the full Agentforce 360 portfolio through Missionforce National Security, following a new Impact Level 5 (IL5) authorization.
Transcript
Salesforce said today the Department of War can now deploy Agentforce three sixty agents across sensitive unclassified missions.
Impact Level five authorization lets these agents use Controlled Unclassified Information and unclassified National Security Systems data. The platform runs on Amazon Web Services GovCloud.
Salesforce cites a government report finding seventy four percent of Air Force aircraft missed depot maintenance deadlines, blamed on parts shortages and separate data systems.
An example agent compares readiness logs with supply inventories, finds a parts shortage at a depot, then triggers a secure procurement order for human review.
