Glassdoor just released its 2026 Best CEOs list, based on employee reviews. NVIDIA's Jensen Huang is number one.
NVIDIA shared the ranking on its company blog today. Huang placed first, with 99 percent of employees approving of the job he does.
Glassdoor used company reviews from United States employees between May 16, 2025, and May 15, 2026. Employees rate their CEO and senior management anonymously. The ranking measures employee approval.
The list returned after a five year pause. Nine of the fifty are technology CEOs. Glassdoor's chief economist says senior leadership ratings are the lowest in nearly a decade.
