OpenAI GPT-5.6 is now live on Amazon Bedrock, and AWS just added one-click Lambda setup for coding agents.
The family includes Sol for deep reasoning, Terra for everyday tasks, and Luna as the fast, low-cost option.
Three tiers. One Responses API.
Sol runs at five dollars per million tokens in and thirty out. Luna starts at one dollar in.
Previewed June twenty-sixth, open to all July ninth, and live on Bedrock by July fifteenth.
AWS also added a one-click Lambda setup prompt that pre-configures serverless skills for Claude Code, Kiro, and GitHub Copilot.
