Oracle announced today that its AI-powered Oracle Health Patient Portal is now generally available in the United States.
It integrates with the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record. Patients review and share their records and get plain-language explanations of diagnoses test results and treatment options.
Patients ask questions inside the portal and see trends in labs and vitals. They manage appointments with natural language and the AI recommends clinicians and time slots.
One caution. Guardrails prevent the AI from giving diagnoses or medical advice. This is Oracle's own announcement about its own product with no independent verification and no adoption numbers.
