Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce today, an expanded partnership between the two companies.
Salesforce says the partnership brings Claude's reasoning together with Salesforce data and workflows. It also covers business logic and governance.
It launches with Salesforce in Claude. That is a plugin with thirty seven prebuilt sales skills. Actions route through Salesforce so business rules are enforced.
Claude also runs inside Salesforce. It is available in Agentforce and is the default model for Slack. The companies plan more integrations.
Slackbot drove eight point one million annualized productivity hours. Those are Salesforce's own numbers. Salesforce in Claude is pilot only, with open beta expected in September.
