Salesforce published a post on its own newsroom titled "What It Takes to Make AI Customer Service Actually Work", dated September 2, 2026. Everything below comes from it.
Transcript
Salesforce published its Customer Success Award winners today. All three use Agentforce.
Salesforce says the winners it judged shared three things: the right problem, the right foundation, and the right people.
Tottenham Hotspur's CTO says Ask Spurs answers most fan questions instantly, and human agents resolve issues in ten seconds or less. Salesforce says eighty thousand minutes were saved.
The Grout Guy's CTO says its Groutie agent reads customer bathroom photos and returns quotes in twenty minutes, down from three to five days.
Salesforce says Sammons Financial's agent handled more than sixteen thousand policy calls in six months. These figures are self-reported to Salesforce's own awards program, not independently verified.
